Reducing Your RFP Time by 10X

Once you enter RFP details (operators and agencies) or product information and assets (suppliers and distributors), BevBridge Digital RFP stores everything for you so it can be accessed and reused quickly and easily. No more entering the same product information 47 times. This goes for personal information as well. Suppliers and distributors are often asked to complete a spreadsheet, or worse, a form using Typeform, Jotform, Formstack, etc. While these are great tools, they’re often programmed in a way that require users to enter critical, duplicate information for every submission you send. Our platform allows you to create user accounts, where your personal information and product portfolio will be stored and automatically shared with each of your submissions.
What’s more - through hundreds of hours of testing and feedback collection, many of the suppliers we spoke to asked if we could create a CSV where they could enter all of their products’ information and assets instead of entering each one individually through our form. We solved for that immediately. Users can choose which way they’d prefer and build their portfolio for current or future submissions whenever they’d like.
What about the ongoing pricing conundrums? This is a topic I’ll dive into more…later. We don’t claim to fix the challenges that have been part of our industry forever, but our solution solves for the majority of the inefficiencies we’ve both heard and experienced. For each product within a supplier’s portfolio, you’ll be able to enter (or upload via CSV) your state by state pricing, as well as locale or multiple distributor pricing for each state. This information is stored, securely, and shared only with the company you wish to submit products to for RFP consideration. When you submit that product again for a later RFP, you’ll simply verify the stored information or update it based on the current pricing. No need to re-create the wheel, right? Yeah, that’s what we were thinking.
